It's funny if you look at visa regulations of countries that are deemed tax havens - Indians do not require visa to enter in most of them. And why not?

2 largest tax heavens - switzerland and luxembourg require visas for indias. another is dubai (100% tax free) - also requires visas. Those small territories u may mean require no visas fr almost any citizen of any country (ofcourse except porkistan, afghanistan etc).
according to the forbes list of the
biggest tax havens in the world indians need a visa for 9 out of the top 10 countries. you dont need visas to evade taxes...
i mean, you dont need visa regulations for evading taxes.
