INDIA SHOULD NOT PASS THE NUCLEAR LIABILITIES BILL UNLESS USA PLAYS BALL !!

The US Nuclear power plants cannot start business unless they are guaranteed a stop loss - which is guaranteed by Nuclear Liability Bill. Without the passage of the bill and it then being turned into a Law, no US nuclear power company can set up shop in India.

Surely, it must be hurting the US companies big time, even Obama said, India is committed to pass the Nuclear Liabilities Bill.

We surely have this as a bargaining chip, knowing fully well, US understands money. Let India take out its wishlist - including direct and unhindered access to Headley. Only if US reciprocates, we can look at the Bill Passage.

In any case, we owe Bush Jr a favor, not this Obama !!!
